The tail is very soft and the shape and color I requested, I was very pleased with the care taken in satisfying the customer's requests. The movements are fluid and it makes almost no noise at all. It was fun to bring the tail to the show and a lot of people were interested. The ears are also really beautiful although unfortunately they had a small initial problem which can happen but the customer service was courteous and managed to resolve the problem before the fair. The only thing I would change is to increase the battery life of the ears a little where possible (the tail has excellent battery life on the other hand).I will continue to follow the manufacturer for future products or updates. in conclusion: this tail and ears are highly recommended for those who want to enrich their cosplay. Thanks TailCompany :)
