It's beautiful looks just like the picture shows I couldn't be happier however I was left with questions as the product didn't come with instructions and it doesn't come with the bag.

My tail came with instructions belt and charger. Quality is good. The instructions are easy to understand and customer service prior to receiving my order was great. My daughter loves it and the app used to operate the tail is easy. I would recommend the tail. It also came precharged. I’ll update my review after we use it for awhile to tell how long 1 charge will last. My 8 yr old daughter is 53” and weighs about 60lbs and she is able to wear the regular size tail. The tail makes a slight noise.

Absolutely amazing, people at my next con are going to lose it over this. The controller has 4 buttons, as mentioned by others, but each button has 4 movements in a sequence. Now to buy some AAA LiPo batteries...

The wings arrived well packaged and although the box sustained some damage, the contents were just fine. All the mechanisms work properly. Instructions foe assembly were fairly easy to understand and they look impressive. I'm anxious to use them onstage.

Absolutely stunning wings, came at expected date and wonderfully packed, they were nice and easy to out together. Only thing I have to say other than that is that when you put the top layer of feathers on it will make some cracking sounds the first couple times where the feather layer + glue gets used to bending and folding with the wings, don't be worried about this as I've checked and everything is still in perfect condition.

Its so pretty, and fluffy. I love my tail :). It came super fast, and the customer service is outstanding. You get an answer to everything you need, they answer quick, are superpolite and helpfull with everything that circles around their tails. Theyre even letting me send it back so they can do a few adjustments to the moves of the tail, that i had a few questions about. Its an amazing company, and you cant find a better tail anywhere. The item was exactly as described, very well made, and honestly the tech is really fun to play with. The store was very quick to respond at any point in the day, despite being across the pond. I would suggest this to anyone without a second thought. My only two items, neither of which would change my satisfaction for the product: The app is a little weird to use, struggled to find a guide for it and the UI could use some cleanup. Shipped in two boxes ( one for ears and one for tail ), but wasn't exactly clear. Came on time regardless, but might want to put a disclaimer or note in the description.
