i am very happy with it & cant wait to wear it camping & conventions

The tail is very soft and the shape and color I requested, I was very pleased with the care taken in satisfying the customer's requests. The movements are fluid and it makes almost no noise at all. It was fun to bring the tail to the show and a lot of people were interested. The ears are also really beautiful although unfortunately they had a small initial problem which can happen but the customer service was courteous and managed to resolve the problem before the fair. The only thing I would change is to increase the battery life of the ears a little where possible (the tail has excellent battery life on the other hand).I will continue to follow the manufacturer for future products or updates. in conclusion: this tail and ears are highly recommended for those who want to enrich their cosplay. Beautifully done! The design has been messed up before but they did an amazing job.

I've never had a shop work with me so patiently as the Tail Company did, as we determined what of my vision made sense. The tail is lovely and just as requested, and moves in such a variety of ways. I requested a specific color to match tiefling horns and they're perfect. I look forward to wearing it for Renaissance faires!!

Good quality, super comfortabl to wear and adjustable size, I tried it out with one of my tails, you really don’t notice tail belt on very happy with the tail belt

It's very nice looking, instructions are relatively clear, I'm very pleased with the communication, the fur they use has a nice bounce when the tail performs a function, and I am very satisfied! I also like that some parts seem to be 3-d printed, so if I lose the battery cover I can probably make a replacement at home with my printer!

Really great communication! The wings are easy to assemble, please grab a power drill if you don’t already have one.

Gwahh- I couldn’t be happier with how this came out! I got a beautifully made devil sleeve and the craftsmanship shows the moment you touch the tail. It’s lighter than expected, soft and very responsive to the Bluetooth app. I’m seriously blown away by how accurate it is to the drawing reference I gave. Their communication is beyond stellar as well, these are by far some of the nicest sellers I’ve talked to on Etsy- which is a feat on itself as I’ve pretty much only met kind store owners. I would absolutely recommend them if you’re considering their products! ❤︎

Arrived quickly, and easy to set up. The control app is fairly simple to understand, and the weight is easy to get used to. A great option for cosplayers seeking a bit more 'life' to their outfits!

Perfectly made! It isn't heavy to wear which I like, and they made it as I asked! It works perfectly and is easy to charge too! I also like that I can put on a different tail cover so I don't need to but a new mechanism unless I need a bigger tail!

Its so pretty, and fluffy. I love my tail :). It came super fast, and the customer service is outstanding. You get an answer to everything you need, they answer quick, are superpolite and helpfull with everything that circles around their tails. Theyre even letting me send it back so they can do a few adjustments to the moves of the tail, that i had a few questions about. Its an amazing company, and you cant find a better tail anywhere. It curls, it wags, trembles, it even rattles. All of the emotions one needs in a tail. Im sorry about the dark picture, my phone and the charger arent best friends so the flash wont work.
