Item arrived defective, but customer service is excellent, and they got it fixed. The product is awesome and exactly what I wanted, though slightly heavier than I expected. The worst was shipping service after repairing, UPS is really awful and to avoid (fought them for 3 weeks), but that isn't a fault of the seller.

It’s exactly what I wanted. I love it so much and the tail is super soft. The only things I can honestly complain about l is just the app which is I wish that when I click on one of the buttons, it won’t stop until I want to change it, but instead, the period of time is very short, which kind of bums me out but it could’ve been worse case scenario, and this is the least of my worries, other than that I am absolutely going to purchase from them again for different characters for my fursuits your work is amazing and your customer service is flawless and very nice🥰

Absolutely amazing, people at my next con are going to lose it over this. The controller has 4 buttons, as mentioned by others, but each button has 4 movements in a sequence. Now to buy some AAA LiPo batteries...

I really really love the ears, they're not uncomfortable have a lot of charge and just look beautiful. I ain't gonna lie, ever since I put them on I refuse to take them off again😅

The wings arrived well packaged and although the box sustained some damage, the contents were just fine. All the mechanisms work properly. Instructions foe assembly were fairly easy to understand and they look impressive. I'm anxious to use them onstage.

Perfect! I requested a devil red tail cover to go with the XL and it's exactly what I wanted. It took maybe a month to get the item from overseas? I'm extremely happy
