The tail is stunning and def was an amazing purchase! I did a different tail version of Montgomery Gator and to say I love it would be an understatement. This is my first tail, so I asked a lot of questions—the seller was amazing in answering any questions I had and made everything come to life! Highly recommend! 🙂

I've never had a shop work with me so patiently as the Tail Company did, as we determined what of my vision made sense. The tail is lovely and just as requested, and moves in such a variety of ways. I requested a specific color to match tiefling horns and they're perfect. I look forward to wearing it for Renaissance faires!!

Was expecting it be a bit smaller but I’m happy that it’s a bit bigger than expected. The material feels like it will hold up over time and use.

The tail motors make a little noise, as expected; and moving the tail seems to take a lot of energy, so batteries deplete quickly. But overall it's an awesome product, and I love it!! I requested a different color of fabric/fur, and so the tail was wider than I was expecting (about 4" wide). The seller was excellent at taking a return and making a smaller diameter for me. Thanks so much!

Seller has fantastic communication and made my custom order exactly as I wanted! Ears and tail are very comfy to wear. The app that controls them does get confused somewhat easily, but with some effort, the ears and tail control wonderfully

Beautifully made and very accurate to the picture I showed them! The fur wasnt cut before it was shipped so im going to have to do that bit myself but thats alright. Customer service is lovely and very quick to respond! Im still trying to get all the movements as there are only 4 buttons but I have found most of them. Very light weight and easy to put on! It literally devours alkaline batteries so im going to try to get lithium. Thank you for this! It made my day when it arrived 🙂

Super fun tail !!!!!! Other reviews are very accurate, yes the mechanics make noise, yes the fabric fur is not top quality, but the tail is very clever and I love it !!!! I recommend without hesitation to anyone. Also great communication with seller.

Item arrived defective, but customer service is excellent, and they got it fixed. The product is awesome and exactly what I wanted, though slightly heavier than I expected. The worst was shipping service after repairing, UPS is really awful and to avoid (fought them for 3 weeks), but that isn't a fault of the seller.

Fantastic tail for my demon cosplay. Material is so soft and the movement is great. Easy to set up and to use. The app can be a little temperamental at times but overall works well. Would definitely buy from here again ^^

The on/off switch wasn't properly making contact with the circuit, but it was an easy fix. Otherwise I LOVE IT SO MUCH THANK YOU!!!!

The tail is absolutely AMAZING! I was skeptical at first but I'm so glad I waited! I got the husky tail and its wonderful. My only complaint is that its not really curly like in the picture but thats ok. Its a wonderful product!
