The item was exactly as described, very well made, and honestly the tech is really fun to play with. The store was very quick to respond at any point in the day, despite being across the pond. I would suggest this to anyone without a second thought. My only two items, neither of which would change my satisfaction for the product: The app is a little weird to use, struggled to find a guide for it and the UI could use some cleanup. Shipped in two boxes ( one for ears and one for tail ), but wasn't exactly clear. Came on time regardless, but might want to put a disclaimer or note in the description.
