End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 3, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and [Your Company Name] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the CosHub: Your Cosplay Companion mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or objectionable purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the App

3. Objectionable Content and User Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy:
CosHub maintains a strict policy against objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use the App to post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
  • Content that is sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or encourages illegal activity.
  • Spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation.
  • Content infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonation of any person or entity, including Company employees or representatives.
  • Violations of privacy or dissemination of false information

Reporting and Enforcement:

  • Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App.
  • We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content or user accounts that violate these terms without notice.
  • Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement, including but not limited to the posting of objectionable content or abusive behavior12.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by the Company. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent2.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted2.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App2.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement2.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions2.
