The owner was nothing but polite and quick to reply, the tail itself is fascinating to watch, especially on a person! The cover come off easily so it can be customised however many times you like! Not many tails can do that! The quality is unparalleled and the internal design is very interesting. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying the lithium batteries as they are so so so much better. Don't make the mistake I did though! You need to hold down the button in some instances or it wont move, it thought it might be broken! But after a quick chat with the owner I was assure I was just doing it wrong :D so if you're insure, take it from me, its an excellent purchase!!
