The wings are amazing! They look gorgeous, and, thanks to the video instruction, they were easy to install. The customer service was great, the seller always replied fast and was very helpful. I can highly recommend this shop!

The owner was nothing but polite and quick to reply, the tail itself is fascinating to watch, especially on a person! The cover come off easily so it can be customised however many times you like! Not many tails can do that! The quality is unparalleled and the internal design is very interesting. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying the lithium batteries as they are so so so much better. Don't make the mistake I did though! You need to hold down the button in some instances or it wont move, it thought it might be broken! But after a quick chat with the owner I was assure I was just doing it wrong 😀 so if you're insure, take it from me, its an excellent purchase!!

Love this tail but sadly can't use it because I have an android note 9 and apparently that phone is to old to work such a high tech tail. The customer service was amazing and helped me talk through the issues. Love the tail just wish I could use it. ☹

The wings arrived well packaged and although the box sustained some damage, the contents were just fine. All the mechanisms work properly. Instructions foe assembly were fairly easy to understand and they look impressive. I'm anxious to use them onstage.

The wings are extremely soft, I would recommend having someone help with putting on the top feathers. They got here on time and the Tailcompany replied quickly when I messaged them! It was accurate to what they were offering and the item meet all my expectations and more!
